Fishin Addicts, will give its customers as much notice as possible for canceling a charter due to conditions such as bad weather or mechanical failure, however, the captain may cancel or modify a charter due to any unforeseen condition or event that arise at the dock or during the charter. If Fishin Addicts Charters, finds it necessary to cancel a charter on the planned day, the charter can be rebooked or if not possible, will be refunded in full.
